Forumers you could beat(fight)

Thank you for volunteering to take 50 bullets for everyone else, your sacrifice will (probably not) be remembered.

My accuracy AINā€™T THAT BAD for a first timer.

(from 7 yards)

Iā€™ll take my chances.

those 4 stray bullets could hit a poor innocent kidā€™s puppy

Depends. What range with what type of firearm in what position?

First one seems to be a handgun atā€¦ maybe 15-20 yards? Done while standing. At least, thatā€™s what Iā€™m inferring judging by the verticality and spread.

Glock 17, and the furthest range allowed is 7 yards since itā€™s a handgun. Further ranges are for rifles and such (Iā€™ll write about this in a travel blog).

Alright, well I was WAAAYY off on the range. But did at least get the gun type correct.

For a novice, thatā€™s pretty decent. Iā€™m seeing around 35 shots, and you donā€™t seem to have much horizontal variance, which is good.

I counted 47 (combined with the second target), out of 50 rounds. I might be wrong though.

Fool, return to the age of swords and trebuchets, when there was honor in a fight and the rush of a Warhammer against the breastplate of an enemy was given in the spoils of combat!

ā€¦I donā€™t like guns, theyā€™re loud ):

Hence my use of the word ā€œaroundā€ā€”I was too lazy to count them all.

As someone who despises loud noisesā€”which may or may not be fueled by autismā€”same.

Oh they ARE loud. Much louder than what I thought it would be possible for a handgun (It was loud even with ear protection on, and Iā€™m trying to imagine firing it without protection). And I severely underestimated the recoil too.

See, this is why medieval combat is superior! It is no longer a matter of ā€œwho has a gun thats stronger and biggerā€ but it becomes a matter of true strength, speed, and honor!

Crushing in a breastplate against a hammer, the feinting and tricks used in a battle, THAT is what we should return to as a species!

ā€¦I like swords, theyā€™re prettyyyyy (Yes, I am autistic and yes this is a hyperfixation Iā€™ve had since I could count.)

Wanna fight medievally eh?

LOUDER GUNS!!!

Strength is basically useless once youā€™re strong enough to wield your weapons and wear your armor. Most weapons user with proper structure deal more than enough damage to maim or kill a humanoid target. Endurance is SIGNIFICANTLY more important in battlefield combat.

Speed? Yeah, good luck doing that in armor.

Honor is a concept made up by old men to convince young men to die. This lie has endured longer than any historical record has noted.

BUT WITH STYLE!!

No seriously they are gorgeous, medieval guns may be louder but they are hardly good. I like that MELEE shit, just wanna eat swords and plate armor because they are just NOM NOM

This is missing the joke to such an insane degree that Iā€™m entertained.

(I really, really just love the medieval ageā€™s weaponry and warfare. Honor is just such a cool concept in that time. I donā€™t believe honor matters, but itā€™s just such a good time period to me.)

You would be surprised at how often I miss jokes.

what

Anyways, I do like swords too. Mostly European designs, like messer longswords and rapiersā€”namely the ones that have those decorated, intricate hilts. Even if the full cover basket hilts are objectively better.
