i like to go into debates about religion but most of the time it turns into a history debate, usually my opponent have a total myth and fanfiction view of history, he cited a lot of sources, 6+ but only 1 wasnt misquoted or misused, which is another annoyance that happens often
also while typing this he responded, which is in a way that is annoying
the gospel of thomas is an gnostic, non biography forgery made in 2nd century, he uses it as a non forgery and historical book that was accepted and that proves the 4 gospel arent Greco-Roman biographies, bruh
Bear, I say this as gently as I can, because I genuinely feel bad for you right now: debating religion—or, honestly, anything—on Reddit is a waste of time. That platform is mostly filled with miserable people who are online for too much of their lives. And I say that as someone who is literally Reddit’s target audience. I struggle, unironically struggle, to think of a less productive, or less developmental use of your time than being on that blasted place.
I’ve used it before and frankly I regret nearly every moment I spend on it. Sometimes I feel that way about YouTube or occasionally the forum, but it’s the majority of what I feel when I ever catch myself using Reddit for any reason.
I squealed so hard when I found out these exist yesterday; seeing Pokemon stuff is one of the fastest ways to make me happy, and I know I would’ve killed multiple times over to have these as a little kid. Hell, I would’ve killed for just the figures!
So why does it annoy me?
I wasn’t even in preschool when HGSS came out. I wasn’t hyperfixated on Pokemon back then, and even if I was, I didn’t know HGSS existed, so I couldn’t possibly know there were figure bundles with the game. Nowadays, even loose copies of either game can go for hundreds of dollars, so getting ahold of both of these bundles would likely run me thousands. Currently the only listing online is of these graded copies, and it’s going for $40,000.
As such, I am now sad. : (
Actually, funnily enough, I have Pokémon Herat Gold. Not the other stuff, just the game itself, but I have it on the Nintendo DSi.

ik, i do it when im bored, it does help to do better formats and to put my new knowledge to tje the test bur i had my fair share of debates irl that were the same as i described
