There is a method to the madness.
Every letter that supports another is capitalized, except for capital letters for proper nouns, the start of a sentence, etc, which are always uncapitalized. Vowels in the non-accented syllables are also capitalized. There can’t be three capital or lowercase letters in a row though.
Ex: your user, Actravaz.
A->a
tr->TR
a->A->a (three in a row).
a->A (three in a row again).
