What is the bug? Are you unable to select an answer? Or can you select an answer but not submit it? You should be more specific. Also, this belongs in #site-feedback, not #bug-reports.
The rules should be more specific about game bugs then. However, I moved it.
You can select an answer which adds more options. Your bubble however is not filled and you have troubles submitting the vote.
