I would rather stick to my moral compass rather than Obey my urges (i’m religeous). Tho i find that in the long run giving in to my urges has proved to make me miserable rather than happy.
I will not pretend to be a saint and say that i always choose the moral option tho
Option one says and I quote “suppress your urges to be morally good”
This implies that you have urges to be morally good in the first place, and whilst being morally good may be true to you the option doesn’t explicitly state it

the urges are being suppressed in order to be morally good
also being morally bad in this case wouldn’t harm anybody
If it doesn’t hurt anybody then it’s not morally bad no?
