Made this because there’s a tower that’s barely hidden. Is it just a detail or a genuine place of intrege?

Originally I was going to ask but then I remembered it’s literally all blizzard
if there’s like a warmth mechanic where you gradually get colder overtime i am literally going to avoid this area entirely outside of story quests
there is a temperature system
not even island specific its everywhere (but obviously some islands are colder/hotter than others)
I dont think its Lighthouse because tower’s top floor(?) is empty and there is no rays of light like in WoM lighthouse.Soo it can be Alchemy tower.

maybe the enemies will be like Eskimos, hunter like people that are hostile to outsiders in fluffy coats, or maybe more nordic people, the old sea vickings were a planed culture (and the culture the minotaur was a part of) but due to the overhaul it was scraped
I imagine so, but assuming that the sun banner belongs to the spiral bandits, maybe they’re the enemy here too.
