Do you not understand the fact that a release in early autumn means so much less player than one in july-august ? Full release in its current state already has so much to offer, and there’s still so much to do, content wise, it could easily be split

Vetex won’t release it till he thinks its ready, and its not.

AO fans would crumble under the weight those two have been through. We’re really impatient tbh.

I’ve only started waiting like 3-4 years ago

if people can wait 6 years for silksong (since it was officially announced atleast, if you count kickstarter it’d be closer around 10), over a decade for gta 6, any amount of time longer then a year for a hugely anticipated game we can wait for the game to come out of beta.

This update is supposed to be big and add everything the game needs to really be what vetex wants it to be, splitting it into smaller parts or releasing it early defeats the entire point

Compare the amount of content in hollow knight and ao. We’re justified

He could do a bigger “small update”, something leading up to full release. If you take the example of minecraft’s caves & cliffs, the main reason it was received poorly was the lack of content in 1.17. That would go completely differently for AO, since there’s already so much that’s been done, and still one or two whole months before a release in summer

Don’t forget cyberpunk and how long it took to be good we do not need full release to be like that
