We haven’t even seen this magic until recently, so its not like they abused it to get that high up
Plus again, this is meant to be a magic we get later on anyways, and it doesn’t seem like an automatic gg button for pressing a button like the other ones are.

Ignoring the fact that this change is an objective W, he never said the vote would change anything, he said it was to gauge opinion.
Lost magics arent inherently stronger. they just have more unique gimicks. if they were inherently stronger, then pure builds would just be better than Hybrids in 90% of situations.
Also its poison magic, it has the lowest base damage already.
I doubt this magic is anywhere close to finished, unless its being added to the story soon. Even then, its gimmick is not added yet, its status probably incomplete, and being used by hat seems to be a level 1 player.
Oh nooo there was ONE kill with it after the update even though this again doesn’t show any real abuse of the magic
Not to mention every other report of it being given says its barely that much better than a base magic and is mostly unfinished
it wasn’t a kill, it was a hunt
it’s still an advantage on a competitive scene
It’s still not as intrusive as any of the other custom magics nor is it that big of an issue in the grand scheme of things, it’s just someone who got access to an unfinished magic a bit early that’ll eventually be available to any magic user
This isn’t like ravencrest where they’re pulling up to a gank with a ggez magic that deals over half of your hp in one blast and abusing it in its entirety for those ganks, its closer to a tester having something that isn’t fully balanced and unfinished in the main game.
Of course, I think that they shouldn’t be using this on a main file that’s on the leaderboard FOREVER and should instead save it for an extra file / their test universe file only, but if we’re gonna complain about custom magics I’d rather it be about the ones where its meant to be unbalanced and is being abused in that way than what is basically just a test of a magic that will be in the player’s hands eventually
