So uh yeah full release is currently tied for highest level increase update

Levellups of previous updates (Nimbus & Mistral): 15

Full release development alone: 15

considering what we’ve heard from Tech, its going to have the highest level increase by atleast double.
175 minimum, if not higher in his words.
