I have’nt tried finding hecate myself, so personaly, i think that hecate has a leveling issue.
Monstrous Atlanteans that spawn in that range caps out at lvl 400, and start at lvl 250, and we get lost magic at lvl 300, so maybe vetex inteded it to be a lost-magic-related-thing, but added it so that people at least have ability to change magics

As in temporary reductions to max health? I’m pretty sure literally everybody in the playerbase would hate that.

The discord screenshot was already posted a bit earlier in RFAO so basically all I was doing was giving a theory, so I wasn’t too sure

From just being defense to having it’s own offense
Along with a long range in damage and in general range
