It’s not AR lore, even in AA while unfinished, Cerulea still had npcs that did not like sea-dwellers.
However, I also find the generalization of mfs on one side of the earth holding the same beliefs as people on the other side to be rather harmful. For one, Cumulus island and Cirrus island both appear to have welcoming civilians.
