My opinion on how it should be

blue is spell/caster
red is enemy
purple is boosted radius around spell, spell locks onto anything in that radius, the more accuracy the bigger the radius, and attack speed increases the rate it turns

Accuracy shouldn’t lock on unless they are close to the projectile
