Pretty sure vetex said weapons like the guns & shield will only have 3 skills since there isn’t much you can make with them.

Why do guns have so few planned skills?

its just a placeholder, all other skills are planned but at the time we couldn’t think of enough ideas for guns. by the time 4th and 5th weapon skills are added we will have ideas anyway

It’s not even that hard to think of them…

And what about rare guns? Are we just never gonna get more exclusive gun skills? But we got Power Shot so clearly not. If you can add Power Shot why can’t you add more default skills? Or just convert Power Shot to a default skill if you’re so desperate for them.
