Could THE THING be island/culture specific weapons?

Ohh thatā€™s a really interesting guess. It didnā€™t even cross my mind because AA had so few of those. But they DID exist, such as on Doom Island. So itā€™s a viable candidate.

its mage warrior not magic warrior

Strong Warrior / Weapon Fighter
Spirit Warrior / Weapon Oracle
Magic Warrior / Weapon Mage
Magic Fighter / Fighting Mage
Spirit Fighter / Fighting Oracle
Spirit Mage / Magic Oracle

  • Changed Warrior, Oracle, Mage, and Fighter to Weapon Warrior, Spirit Oracle, Magic Mage and Fighting Fighter for clarity.

  • Added a new weapon type: Weapon Warrior Weapons
    (These weapons can only be used by Weapon Warriors and will have editable skills(not implemented yet))
  • Added a new weapon type: Weapon Warrior Weapon Weapons

The new feature is probably going to be Ghost Ships, Iā€™m guessing. We can easily assume that Ghost Ships will be one of the ways Spirit Weapons are obtained, sinceā€¦ come on. Ghost. Spirit. Now that the Staff of Night has all of its usable skills, more Spirit Weapons will need to be added soon, or else progress on adding new rites will be at a standstill. The level cap isnā€™t high enough for the Azura Knight miniboss to be added yet, and minibosses take a while to add, so Ghost Ships are the quickest way to add new Spirit Weapons en masse.

iā€™m getting this from secondhand information, which seems to be corroborated by other people saying they saw it (or more specifically SpectreTheFox giving a thumbs up to my message), iā€™m not sure what the final skill requirement will be but I would assume itā€™s going to be higher than the level cap for full release if theyā€™re not bothering to add the skill now

either that or Oracle wonā€™t be added for full release due to only having 2 spirit weapons and we wouldnā€™t have access to the skill anyway because hybrids canā€™t get that high
