Regen did NOT deserve that hit. why, on EARTH, would I care about healing faster when i’m not fighting an NPC/Player?
The only time this happens is when hit by Lightning or falling into fire (or magma / starlight) and we already heal those fast enough; who was even using regen to consider it OP enough to be nerfed outside of Vitality players wearing 1 or 2 pieces of Oracle gear???

of the few people ive done organized pvp with like half of them used regen, it was a damn good stat

depends on how much and where they were getting it from:
like Envoy comes with 30 power and regen, so obviously it might be picked because Resistance is very mid;
oracle builds will also use it for that same reason, oracle armor is insane with vit.
and on god I hope nobody is using Aventurines.
usage ≠ viability, i dont think most people were gettng extra regen because it was that good, just better to have than Intensity, AP, and Resistance.
Regen only comes from the necklace, aventurines, scrolls, and two armor sets, of which 3 of those could be used for better stats
They made a perfectly balanced stat, like, 40% worse. Do they WANT us to hate the nimbus stats?
it wasnt some batshit insane number but it was vastly better than other substats are atm bar maybe size
200 ish regen was 6 hp per tick in combat, which over time really fucking adds up

200 is costly, and cost that you could put into something else for a similar effect. That’s not overpowered, that’s just the way they all are.
200 regen allowed for vastly greater chance of not dying a painful and horrid death

Atk speed: nerfed to the point where you need like, 250 to have a reasonable effeect (also generally requires sunkens)
Atk size: probably the best competition, however this also requires sunkens
Agility:
Intensity: not bad just kinda mid, even at like 300
other nimbus stats: lmao
regen is almost 100% the best one, and also is the cheapest one. an aspect i find extremely important.
A near 40% nerf is extreme though.

Entire point of poisoned status effect is to deal a high amount of damage, spread out over time, but high

Might as well remove magma, acid and water’s puddles, ash and poison’s cliuds, sand and snow’s piles, crystal, wood, glass, metal, ice and earth’s rubble, what the hell, let’s just make it all into the base magic with 0.95 stats in everything
