Why would accuracy be worse than Agility? Functionally it would just be a more efficient size stat for projectiles.
Having high mobility is universally more useful than some moves having tracking. Its a very build dependant stat, which makes it less useful overall.
Yall forgot that Kai has a katana by default so guess what his ult art is gonna be in full release!

Plus you could 100% apply it to stuff like Crash, grabs, or Shot.

Also if you think this would be better than agility, remember agility is paired with attack speed like on dromeas, ie: imagine a homing Light magic, cant dodge their attacks whatsoever.
Honestly might be a very close tie with agility depending on how it could be balanced, but at the same time it’s gonna be very hard to keep it from not being AP, while also not having it become size meta v2. while its also way more situation unlike the other common substats:
everything can be bigger; anything can go faster; anybody can move faster; where this only affect projectiles, it’d be like the AP of common stats, but ridiculously oppressive in its niche.
