This is going to be THE warlord fighting style, even with a bad damage and possibly size imbue.

honestly we have no idea if it is or not, the ā€œcritical hitsā€ could be anywhere from 1.05x more damage to 2x and we wouldn’t know. Same goes for invisibility.

Moochezz said 4x damage in the public balancing server. Could be a meme because 4x is a LOT.

WOW I didn’t expect it to do THAT much. This sounds insanely overtuned… I feel like it’s going to be going through constant nerfs and reworks even longer than Thermo Fist did. Even so, I’m probably gonna switch to it.

New fighting style for my berserker file just dropped

Probably not that much since I doubt he’d do FULL invisibility on a fighting style you get in the second sea of six in the game

It’s moreso like crystal magic than chance-based crits.

yknow this actually makes me think that maybe a sort of stat called ā€œCrit Rateā€ would be a neat enough addition where your hits have a certain value attached to them based off your Crit Rate, and if you hit something enough times for this value to exceed a certain amount, you deal a critical hit for bonus damage.

an example to try to make this simpler to visualize is
you have a blast that, with your Crit Rate stat, has a value of 0.24. You land four blasts on a target. Now, their stored crit value is at 0.96 after getting hit by those blasts, so none of the last four hits were crits. Now, you land a fifth blast, and their stored crit value is at 1.20. This fifth blast would be a crit, and their stored crit value is reduced by 1, to 0.2

Basically crits based off of repeatedly hitting something, rather than chance

stop freaking out y’all it’s not 4x damage, the game would be nigh unplayable in any form of combat if it were for that

again it doesn’t matter if it’s 4x the damage if the base hit that is getting multiplied is really low

It sounds impossible to balance and I’m terrified for its future but it’s also way too cool for me not to use

I can already feel that it’s gonna be dogshit for fighting rivals :sob:
