yea exactly this, it wasnt my decision anyway nor were invites not added simply out of laziness, vetex didn’t want them to be an optional invite because then higher amounts like 10v10s would take eons to start or just near impossible to start

Well, forts are just about the only thing that can be made with clan building. Maybe you could push the building to its limits, add a little pillow dock and a little pillow farm!
Do you think maybe a sort of voting system could work instead?
Maybe have a prompt show up to all of the members being taken alongside to vote whether or not they should go through with the naval war or not, with everyone going along if a majority vote rules in favor of it. Though I’m not really sure what could happened if it results in a draw.
