Everyone is really underestimating the duration difference with Spirit Rain, it’s really just not the same skill as Storm of Arrows.
I get stuff like Spirit Blast/Hound and Spirit Burst are basically just carbon copies of existing skills but I think people are way too quick to draw similarities between two skills and claim they are the same thing.
Like Piercing Gale, Axe-Slash, and Blast are all different skills even if they are all “just projectiles.” Same with Explosion, Smash-Shockwave, Shining Cycle, etc.
