Well, then we have a solution for you!

Introducing the brand new funny silly mode!
You might ask
“Oh geez Iris, how does one activate this funny silly mode?”
That’s a very good question! It’s so simple, even a toddler can do it!

Simply:

  1. Make sure your file does not have access to the nimbus sea on the main menu continue option.
  2. Sail over to Akursius keep. (It’s lovely this time of year)
  3. Jump into the Funky Skeleton Pit™
  4. Before you succumb to Funky Skeletonism, open the menu and choose ‘return to title screen’.

And you’re done! Now funny silly mode should be enabled next time you join, and you will have a much more interesting time levelling up your file!

Yeah I did, and I mean, anyone who’s watched a leveling guide before would know that this isn’t fun nor effective. Like hello ? Ever heard of m1ing legendary beasts atlanteans ? Get on with the times

You clearly have been lied to!
Everyone knows that funny silly mode multiplies the exp gain per minute by over 50%!
This is due to the hidden ‘Excitement’ stat of the player, which will allow them to kill more critters faster the higher it is!

Ah, well that point be a feature of v2, I had never heard of that. Back in my day, akursius only affected the player’s anxiety stat

levelling up a new file is a god awful experience. ive probably played the entire story over 9 times by this point. so ill take anything that will speed up the process

Funny silly mode will definitely speed up a process, although it might not be the one you’re after!
Whatever happens, remember that funny silly mode is funny AND silly.
At least for some people

try it again but click return to title screen earlier, maybe even when you’re still falling into the hole
