attack speed does mean for faster attacks so yeah it would be more efficent.
Currently arceyplayz and his dudes are figuring out how atlantean essence works. Last i heard it seems that atlantean gives a stat that your gear doesnt have and that there is some sort of order of priority for the other stat given. Im waiting on them to figure it out before i add it to the gear builder 
If you don’t already have the information, here’s what it appears to do
Based on base stats AND gem stats but NOT enchants, it will grant 12 POW → 97 DEF (haven’t seen myself) → 18 SIZE → 18 SPEED → 18 AGI → 18 INTENSITY
Depending on what’s not already on the armor.
I’m curious what’ll happen if you have all 7 stats - almost want to test it but not 100% sure
My current plan - with Atlantean on the 3 DEF items, we’re talking an additional 36 POW, resulting in a solid all-rounder build with some Size and Spd for performance
TOTALING: 100 POW, 2009 HP, and a couple off stats
this is double the power and more def than my current build lol
