Gel Potions effects and are they useful?

Some dude just tried attacking my base and he used a bunch of insanity 3 potions. I was still able to play better than him even with insanity 3, but i got really annoying and when I got him low I get hit with the metric ton of blue and black fire or gas or whatever in my face which he used to run away. He left the game after getting away though so I guess he was just trying to get rid of the combat tag so he could escape.

So yeah I’d say insanity potions can be useful, provided the person you’re using them on doesn’t either already have insanity or warding. You also have to not suck too.

just wondering but what happens if you use an i3 potion on somebody that already has i1

I don’t know if this has been changed, but last I checked if anyone has any insanity already from their armor and probably other sources as well, insanity potions won’t have any effect. At least not i3 potions which are the only ones I tried. I’d think that applies to all of them, but if not definitely i3 and above.
