Have you seen how Argos enters the arena during the story? Solos mino easier than I did once I learnt that ledges are a thing.
Argos slams.
Mino may have the level advantage and is part vastus, so he probably has the size advantage too, but those are the only things he has over Argos. Argos has a much more advanced moveset, moves around alot more, constantly flings the player, should be an experienced fighter lorewise while the minotaur is just a ruffian. Argos also has a devourer which pulls you in before unleashing a flurry of hits.
Mino stands no chance.
