For vomiting (if you’re still vomiting, or having other stomach issues), if you or someone you know can go out shopping and can find this product, buy a can of Del Monte fruit cocktail in heavy syrup. I don’t usually believe foods make a large effect on sickness (I am not a chicken soup believer, sorry), but this stuff has genuinely cured me of everything stomach-related that has ever happened to me. Won’t go into detail because ew gross, but I went from genuinely the worst stomach bug you can imagine to mild stomachache within, like, 3 hours of eating it. I’ve been using this stuff since I was like 4. Trust me, it works.
Other than that, just stay inside, preferably in a dozen cozy blankies, and try not to do anything stressful, you got this
i think i only vomitted because i ate an entire pint of ben and jerrys ice cream, when i threw up i didnt even feel nauseous. basically what happened was tw somewhat graphic description OR if you have emetophobia
i was sitting at my desk watching youtube and then i start coughing, i feel like im about to hack up snot for the 9th time in a row but no its puke. i close my mouth in time and just swallow it gross i know but im not puking on my carpet, by then i knew my time has come, i run out of my room only wearing sweatpants and start puking my brains out in the bathroom (thank god i made it)(
but today its been way better for me though, yes i woke up like 6 times during the night coughing my brains out but after i took ibuprofen and tylenol i was fine. and i myself am a “some foods will help you” believer, i recently started drinking tea with honey and i basically felt normal after that, i am still sick and coughing though and I STILL HAVE TO MISS ANOTHER DAY OF SCHOOL I HATE MY CHUD LIFE
