The quality of anything you use the lasso tool on and rotate or shrink/expand will decrease. It may at times be wiser to use the lasso tool, make a copy of what you’re lassoing at the size/orientation you want it at, then, keeping that copy on a separate layer, reduce the copy’s opacity, make a new layer, and draw over it.
Also, there’s a stabilizer tool here:
I recommend using it only at low powers, and, eventually, to try and not use it if you can. But for the time being, it can help you keep lines straight. Just remember to turn it off when coloring things in.
This isn’t a good idea, just find a brush or some feature you find interesting and work it out.
It’s kind of similar to watching a hour long learning video just to end up not being able to do anything
