literally any mythical creature from greek myth is in arcane odyssey, most are probably in the dark sea though
blood rain may or may not be possible because in sangdrassil it says its a mix of “bloodflame” magic or some shit, so bloodflame might be a real magic thats a mutation from fire
cheems:
bloodflame
whats the source for bloodflame being a real magic
Oh it’s not canon. It’s a made up magic for a custom magic, it’s a fake magic²

I’d imagine he’d keep the name Acheron cuz people just kind of view him as an enigma
But it’d be wayyy cooler if in the lore doc he was just referred to as ‘The Magic Thief ’, thats a name /w aura
+hes from some random forest village
+he’s probably an edgy nerd who loves the idea of being named after a river of the underworld cause it strokes his ego

custom magics are non canon due to the fact that if they existed they would be way to powerful

Ahh that makes sense and sounds broken asf
Bit of an old thing to reply to, but if I remember the quote right, it was because Durza was just a working name that Vetex never got to changing.
well i mean all the other custom’s magics are canon so it’s not outside reasonable doubt to assume it could be a magic, just take it with a grain of salt (as you should with all AO lore found from discord or outdated trellos)

I mean when I do write this oc lore stuff I might actually just make them canon idk
yeah if you wanna write a character with bloodflame magic that’ll be fine just don’t go around preaching it as fact

We’ve never been given descriptions on how they looked, but they were humanoid seeing as they made these sunken armor sets:
The Sunken Ruins are the remnants of a small village of a lost mortal civilization. Said creatures were made by Poseidon himself, and had the ability to breathe underwater. Notable landmarks include the town hall in the center of the ruins, a...
