peacekeeper is at least 800+ years old since they were a commoner without magic in pre fracture, later was resurrected by acheron and somehow broke out of his control (this may be retconned, if not then peacekeeper is probably just 20+)

yes he has like once in a million years level of talent, also the reason why he has his phoenix magic is because he couldnt cure his wifes sickness with his current magic (may be retconned though due to how lost magics are obtained now)
