I mean, it IS chaos so… every attack should have a different synergy aswell.
Well having random synergies on every attack would make it pretty much pointless since it would be very rare that it actually works. So it’d probably just be better to have consistent synergies. Although I guess it could just have like a 5% damage increase to an enemy with any status.
Pain magic

Honestly as I was thinking I remembered someone mentioned something about supermagics being a concept at one point. So I’ll just leave a few here:
Grand Lightning/Thunder, Grand Tide
These are some names mentioned by Salt in this topic
Supermagics are different to stuff like Grand Lightning and Grand Tide. Those are potential ‘Grand’ Curses mentioned by tech as a possibility if Zeus or Poeseidon absorbed aurem instead of Prometheus. Then Cursebeard would kill them and they would make the Grand Thunder/Tide Curses. Supermagics pretty much just represent the absolute will of a God over their element/domain.
Zeus → Thunder
Poseidon → Water
Hades → Earth/Shadow
Prometheus → Fire
etc…
I get shadow for Hades but why Earth? Only reason I could think of relates to the found the place Hades rules over is called the Underworld but even then it’s not like he made it himself. I’d rather someone like Hephestus (which would arguably be metal or something) or a titan like Atlas (assuming the titans had element based magic which would make sense unless it’s more conceptual like Cronos/Cronus/Kronos with time magic or something) would have that.
Warp/Teleportation Magic
radiation magic
no idea bro tech said it
you bury dead people
Spatial Magic
Size: 1.5x
Speed: 0.8x
Damage: 0.95x
This magic’s attacks go through people and terrain
Synergies:
Removes all status effects except for insanity and deals 10% more damage per effect removed
This was a really weird idea and it took me a while to figure out how it could work but I think this idea is interesting.
We also eat formerly living things (not necessarily people but some people do that too)
With magics being just stats and moves being very rigid and limited to blast, explosion, etc, etc.
Copy magic would fit very well into the game imo
flora magic:
has 0.9x damage, 1.35x speed, 1.15x size
unique gimmick: slightly reduced cooldown on all moves, can inflict insanity and slight DoT due to hallucinogens/poisons
siphon magic:
has 0.875x damage, 1.3x speed, 1.2x size
unique gimmick: lifesteal (gain 10% of damage dealt), mana steal (gain mana from opponent), stamina steal (gain stamina per attack)
Radiation Magic
Size: 1.2x
Speed: 0.8x
Damage: 0.85x
Attacks leave behind clouds of radioactive fumes
Fire, plasma, magma, and flare attacks cause the clouds to expand
On hit apply contaminated
Deals 100% over 30 seconds
Poison and acid deal 10% more damage
Wind and water clear the effect
Once contaminated’s duration ends apply mutated
Mutated:
25% slow for 5 seconds with mutated body parts
Poison and acid deal 20% more damage
Fire, plasma, magma, and flare remove the effect and deal 10% more damage
Glass and metal remove the effect and deal 10% less damage
Synergies:
Deals 10% more damage against poisoned enemies and replace the effect with contaminated
Deals 10% more damage to bleeding and corroding enemies
Deals 10% less damage to soaked, and snowy enemies
Deals 20% less damage to frozen enemies
that’s a cool gimmick
