Give Plasma a more unique burn effect on parts

make plasma more unique, but visually!

Proposal

Title. What I mean by this is that Plasma should get unique particles when it catches stuff on fire, but it should still have the same after effects as fire (turns the part black).
The color of the flame should vary depending on the Plasma variation being used, of course

Details/background on proposal

Currently what happens if you burn wood with plasma. Very unappealing as this looks way too different from plasma particles.

Plasma burning some grass in arcane adventures, this doesn’t look very good but it implies that plasma can burn things differently
(this can also be seen on trigno’s ship)

Plasma burning grass in arcane reborn, this could be a good look, but it should be MUCH less intense. It looks similar to fire, so this keeps the two magics connected.

Reason to add

Now that environment interactions will be more common in Arcane Odyssey, more attention to detail should be given to small interactions like this. Honestly, it’s pretty unappealing to have such a visually different magic give out the same effect as fire

thanks for reading

Plasma shouldn’t even be burning stuff though, it should straight up turn it to ash.(Or vaporize)

yeah

Plasma already has a unique burning effect when compared to fire (and magma) it just isn’t that noticeable unless you compare them directly side by side.

Would be cool to see this implemented tho

This would be amazing, but consider Plasma to be much more hot than Fire, it should instantly destroy particles in contact with it, if we’re talking about realism. Might be wrong though.

But have a vote for the best. :+1:

Realistically, any flammable object that plasma hits and didn’t immediately turn to ash would be set on completely normal fire, much like what happens in the game now.
I’m sure you’ve noticed that people with plasma globes don’t have their houses immediately burst into purple fire if/when it breaks.

However… that’s boring and this is a magic game so who gives a shit about setting stuff on normal fire when you could have special flashy plasma fire like in AA?
