i mean, its useful on dex builds or low power builds as it’s just adding true damage to your attacks.
I have -93 power. All of my attacks deal 50-ish damage. If I land a 2 hit rushdown into a 20 hit shot, you’ve now taken 15% of your health no matter how much health you have irregardless of how little damage I actually deal, just out of nature of having that true damage.
sure, the bonus dmg wont mean much if you’re already doing high damage, but its huge on lower damage builds
not to mention the severe bleed proc bypasses all damage reduction, too, and effectively ignores resistance aura/focus since it’s a percentage of max health
metal conj can’t inflict severe bleed on dragons while glass conj can, at least
