its not because you dont see the level that its maxed, and the fact it used to be maxed doesnt change anything either
unless you genuinely unequipped it and went to the blacksmith then 99% chance thats the solution like literally everyone else

You are right, somehow it went from being level 130 to being level 0 while I was wearing it.
usually its due to jewels
