Global Messages

So this should go in bugs but I don’t have permission. Anyways, I bought a global message 30 minutes ago from when this is posted and no global message has been sent. I have alt accounts in the server and didn’t receive any global message. Is there a long delay? I waited 30 minutes, and all I got was my robuxs taken away from me.

I just purchased it again and lost another 100 robux. Total -200 robux :frowning:

I mean you can’t really prove it so…
At best you can report the bug (which won’t do much without details or proof), but other than that you won’t get a refund

I said I can’t message in bug reports. I don’t care about a refund I just want to send a global message, and I sent an image of the transaction log.

Oh didn’t know bug reports were limited to tier 2. Uuuh… well idk what to do about that

Well mate, nothing can be done then I guess, I can only faintly remember that global messages also have a global CD but I’m not sure about that and if it does exist, how long it’s supposed to be. If you have some F9 logs or such I could move it into bug reports for you.

I checked f9 logs it was just animation loading errors. I could try purchasing another global message to see what happens.

Ok, @Vansmena can no longer reply to this topic because they don’t have the perms, so they have replied to me in DMs.
They did initially press send, then the popup for buying the global message came up and after the transaction going through they didn’t use the button, but pressed enter to send the message and it didn’t go through.
I wasn’t aware you could send them by pressing enter since I always use the button but that might be causing the issue.

Damn i didnt realize that switching to a category removes the original poster’s perms to reply if it’s a higher topic. Honestly though, it definitely sounds like something vetex might have to look into honestly to prevent further robux usage that doesn’t go through global messages.

Update from @Vansmena: “One of my friends said they got my global message but it was about a 2 hour delay. So ultimately it works, it’s just delayed.”
