Wait what I’m confused I thought god of hyperdeath flowey formed when he absorbed the human souls AND all the souls of the monsters in the underground

There was no seventh soul (we were not consumed)

the entire undergrounds populations is basically the equivalent of 1 human soul, so the 6 human souls and the thousand+ monster souls as a substitute for the 7th

God of Hyperdeath: Flowey’s temporary return to Asriel form, with either seven human souls OR six and the entire underground population. Also mildly implied to be the form Asriel took with both his own soul and Chara’s when he went to the surface to lay Chara to rest.

He did state he was holding back before, and not even a fraction apperently, while holding back he could have just taken on that other form, and then when going all out he went to the final form of true power-
