It’s not that rare. It can be used to brew an Elysium Flask which acts sort of like a pocket elysium portal, you still have to pay.

its SHIT item that basically does nothing for the price of everything, its basically a 1 integer in the loot table thats a waste of space and you’ll still get it even after already having it.
you could joke about how its pissed in a bottle but in actual loot table, you couldve had a sunken or an acrimony in its place if your roll was 1 factor less, now you have this pissly nectar

Because they have equal odds, every 2000 chests you’ll get either godly piss or sunken armor
And since you didn’t hit the 2000 before the update, when you did, you got Zeus’s bath water, while having an equal sunken chance
That is all assuming you were opening underwater chests so it’s completely wrong but yes
