A simple solution to this is to have an ability called “unable to be beaten by goku” as nobody ever says that he beats everyone he fights, just that he doesn’t get beaten

Characters like Chaos are such a silly nuisance for me since… I don’t think any writer really knows how to represent power at such a level.
Power scalers/writers saying a character has surpassed speed as a concept and then applying a limit or value on their abilities of perception. (Flash has infinite/immeasurable to boundless speed but apparently he has attosecond reaction times when that is too slow for infinite speed)
ngl, infinite anything imo would happen before anyone even understands what’s going on.
Unless the other person is also infinite in which case both do something before everyone else even understands what’s going on.

Bro has the Lazarus Curse, even if Goku manages to kill him, he’s just coming back twice as strong, not to mention he’s died 583 times, if we lowball him and say he started with a power level of only 2, he would have a current power level of 3.165829e+175.
I doubt it has exponential power growth.
That would mean like him breathing or sneezing would destroy the entire planet (he hasn’t done that)
And no, even if tech said that it grows exponentially in 2018, I doubt it still rings true today.
And the final seal to the deal here is that tech also confirmed that Freedrock wouldn’t be strong enough to beat Arthur with “only one finger”.
(If his power level was that high, he could beat Arthur and subsequently the entire planet by blinking or less)
So no, Freedrock isn’t THAT goated.
Either he hasn’t died 583 times (retcons happen), or his power grows in another way and “doubles” was just used as a simplification.
