Reasons
Currently getting max jewelcrafting is a hassle and is very annoying and you pretty much need to spend 100+ gems and many more reagents which makes minmaxing for players that causally play AO very hard
How it will work
My idea is to add silver and golden jewelcrafting stations in Dark sea
IDEA
Silver gives 1.5x more jewelcrafting exp and 5% higher chance for a higher percentage of a effect
golden gives 3x jewelcrafting exp and 10% higher chance for a higher percentage of a effect
me when 500000 noobs will complain about golden and silver jewels not giving more stats (they have 0 idea what balance is)
IMO this is just too much confusion, considering the other 2 stations are direct buffs. Besides, we arent supposed to max every skill 1st sea, so just leave it.

^even if this were to be added i would request that jewels could be upgraded at the golden/silver jewelcrafting stations for the extra âbuffâ (doesnt matter if jewelcrafting skill is perfect)
Plus even though im gate keeping it dark sea it would still make sense RIGHT NOW we have golden/silver cooking pots and cauldrons and we still have no jewelcrafting stations
Not sure your suggestion follows from the reasoning.
Hunting for rare jewelcrafting stations in the dark sea is never going to be a good way of grinding XP - dark sea exploration is too slow. Instead of being a âfasterâ way to level up, it would make more sense if these stations let you craft gems as if you were a higher level.
You could still grind to max jewelcrafting and drink a max luck potion to make optimal Perfect gems whenever you wanted, but if you donât want to grind max jewelcrafting you can craft a limited number of high tier gems by exploring the dark sea.
If it increased substats on jewels youâd expect meeting someone with 10 musgravites with 40% knockback wind mage straight up sending you from redwake to nimbus sea
Kinda useless ngl, Exotic gems are fairly easy to come by with sealed chests and charts in general. Plus with thornflowers as a tier 2 reagent, itâs not too bad to grind in the dark seas as it is.
imagine a morenci giving you +30% of some stat
that is funny. it isnât about the xp grind (mostly)
it is about the increase in substats (swim speed meta pt. 2)
Me when gatekeeping even more minmaxed items behind dark seas
Bro this idea is just stupid, 100 gems and tons of reagents are a small price to pay for the extra stats, we dont need to make dark seas sweats have even more advantage over someone who just plays for the story.
