I don’t see the point of a durability deckhand, tanking 1 or 2 extra cannonballs of damage isn’t gonna do much for you.
You need a mortar

you should probably get some more resilience, but the rest is pretty good!
You should do 4 speed deckhands, no point in 1k more defense
Better than my brig, at least. I’d go for more speed if I were you, but since I’m not you I’ll say you probably shouldn’t take my advice on boat stats.
