I mean… Kinda? The current balance is a bit out of wack, and the game really only has one viable build for most pvp.
Now, I’m sure you can beat me using weapons only. I’m not going to argue with that, but surely you can see how terrible the balancing for weapons is in this version of the game right?
You can’t really customize your build since most of the stats don’t make enough of a difference to be noticeable.
And how does that make people criticizing metamancers fools?
Because if they want to play the meta, then that is their personal choice. If you want to play something other than the meta, then don’t let me stop you. However, for people who are new to pvp or the game as a whole, it’s usually better to stick to the meta if you want an easier time getting started.
