It wasn’t that hard. Just had to serverhop a few million times to find a server that didn’t have a metamancing navy. (None of my clan had a meta char, so we had to cope.)

I did. But only on the character that did it.
Just had to capture Silverhold.
Hm, now im thinking. Should i lose all my 400k fame to try and get that title on my main file, cause i already have 100% bronze sea and 400% fish journal ones 
Not worth it. Just go for it on a 2nd save. You can only equip 1 title at a time anyways.
How long did this take to get? I hear it’s quite the grind to drop Navy influence so I’m simply waiting for the Ravenna fort instead.
About 2 hours? We began by sinking navy ships - those decrease influence from 0.5% to 2% depending on the type of ship (Normal - Heavy ships). Then after it plummeted and there weren’t many ships anymore, we began attacking Silverhold until the server eventually dipped below 20% influence. Keep in mind this was done in an old server (Where Commodore Kai could still be cheesed), so it might’ve been easier.
Oof, definitely not something to try alone.
Flex is better, plus i never was neg rep on my main file, so will try
