You think high ranking clans will get influence too?
No, this system would not work for player-lead clans at all (at least at this time)
Extremely surprised that there is not more discussion about this, the fact that a team of experienced negative players can completely disable the anti-negative player system is kind of crazy - hopefully the benefits of high Gravy influence are similarly significant (better reinforcement spawns, etc.)
And if that “unique action” is nuking the crap out of Silverhold, ooh boy that will be interesting.
Imagine being a new player joining a 100% influence, killing a GN NPC thinking there would be no consequence, then watching as an entire fleet of massive GN ships pull up
Cryo exist
But this is awesome I’mma make a grand navy topic ina few days
I speculate a superior official, such as a Vice Admiral will be called on to try and capture ever notorious player, and other Grand Navy players will get a prompt to join that server and jump the criminals asss. (Probably not a global event and might be only bound to that specific server region)
bro someones gonna rp whitebeard and server hop to GURA GURA SEAQUAKE people’s asses
It would be more fun to devise strategies instead of going ape shit across the bronze sea loll
the strategy is to server hop and GURA GURA SEAQUAKE people’s asses
What if the criminals are pvp masterminds that’ll punish the living crap for making one wrong mistake
i use another one
another what?
conversation stopper
this is gonna get moved for sure lol
I wonder if the Assassins Syndicate will have a similar system that works in conjunction with Gravy influence. So if the Gravy has 20% influence then the Assassins Syndicate would have 80% influence.
nah, in that case it’s just useless to have two bars when you can just use one
The Gravy’s loss of influence isn’t entirely related to the Syndicate, there’s also a bunch of powerful pirate clans and individual criminals as well.
I can’t imagine the Syndicate having something like this, as syndicates are usually more covert and move in silence. Before Vet started developing the GN i thought the 2 factions might be pretty similar but the more we learn about the gravy the less in common I think they’ll have apart from being 2 NPC ‘clans’ that are joinable
