Red Council 03 AKA ‘Hatman,’ is widely unknown and undocumented. We only have one report, with their last known location being within the Marauding Sea.
The report from the Marauding Sea came in when a navy stronghold reported that [Redacted Major] had been murdered. There was no blood, no screaming, no sounds. Autopsy reports done at the stronghold report that [Redacted Major] had died an hour before their body was found.
Four lieutenants said they had all been outside [Redacted Major]'s office an hour ago, and had heard no screaming, no sounds of struggle, absolutely nothing. The autopsy report states that [Redacted Major] died from multiple small holes that traveled through their torso and out the other side, likely bullet wounds.
If the cause of death was from bullets, how come no sound was heard? No one across the entire base could find signs of a forced entry, the entire base was swept from head-to-toe multiple times, and no ships were in sight around the stronghold. So how could a high-ranking navy official drop dead and no one knew?
However, our one report comes from [Redacted Captain], who said they had seen something when inside the stronghold’s underground prison. They had a team of twenty marines with them, five vice-captains and fifteen marines, but only they had seen ‘Hatman.’ They said that, as they swept the prison, they saw something out of the corner of their eye; a dark figure with a single glowing red eye and wearing a wide-brimmed hat silently standing in the corner of one cell.
The moment [Redacted Captain] noticed said figure, they seemed to vanish into thin air without a trace. No evidence of Hatman’s presence was found anywhere in the base. Whoever or whatever Hatman is, maybe it wanted to be seen in that moment?
We do not know how to proceed with this investigation. Keep this top secret.
