Red Council ‘01’ AKA ‘Snakebite,’ is a very tall figure, likely part Vastus, who wields dual armblades they imbue with their Poison Curse. Their last known location was [Redacted] in the Chimera Sea. They were spotted by [Redacted Admiral] during the investigation of multiple mysterious deaths within the Thorne Empire’s nobility. However, their appearance was brief, and [Redacted Admiral] was only able to catch a very quick glimpse.
[Redacted Admiral] was only able to perceive their pauldron and a glimpse of an armblade. The name ‘Snakebite’ was given after the investigation, when the deaths were identified as poisonings and because of the two very precise and close together stab wounds on each victim. The name was also given because [Redacted Admiral] believes a snake pattern was adorned on the pauldron.
After extensive autopsies and testing, the poison was unlike anything on record, and still potent enough to kill a grown man even after multiple days. During transportation for autopsies to be done, six marines died from exposure to the potent poison after a drop of blood had touched their skin.
Due to the incredibly illusive nature and the five nobles being killed with no witnesses, we believe Snakebite to be one of the members of the Assassin Syndicate’s ‘Red Council,’ their founders. However, some of the imprisoned assassins who gave us this knowledge claim the Red Council could be a myth, as not even the Overseers know who the Red Council are nor where they are.
While the public story is assassination and that the culprit was killed, secret investigations into the capture and execution of Snakebite are ongoing.
