This can give you ridiculous height very quickly at the cost of using any chase or flash skills that don’t touch the ground.
And yes, this is a lot stronger than T jump Glider.This could also be used sideways for really fast diagonal/horizontal movement.

a lot of the ‘gain momentum’ stuff has to do with gliders because im pretty sure the way it works is that it reduces your gravity and adds a soft cap for max falling speed

I found out some things,
Timing is extremely important for GSL, it can make you go from barely higher than your level to quintuple your height.

Something else that warriors can use is Dragon Song (especially ultimate art). Cast sword draw dragon song, then equip your glider. Using the Ultimate Art version, you can fly up higher than Mount Othrys.

its the moment you leave the ground that you gotta equip it for the best height
equip it during startup and you fail to super jump
equip it too late and you barely gain height
basically high jump and then equip glider the moment you leave the ground
yes you lose 50% stamina but its pretty much a gravity coil + umbrella in one, and you can get surprisingly far with it
