I am not sure on how can Greatly armored tier ship spawn in the nimbus sea when the highest tier that is known to be possible that can spawn is Heavily armored

How do you make them spawn, highest tier i can make them spawn is Heavily armored

Idk I just stop a couple of executions here and there, one is enough for instant 5 notoriety, if not more, and also cull the crews they send after me, not that difficult tbh

I think I could make one appear within 5 minutes upon joining
