I did quite a bit today! Added a good 15-20 ish seconds to the cutscene, although the guten morgen part still needs some love put into it. The rest looks decent enough though and I’m quite happy with it .
Oh yeah, you can see some of the internals of the game in the video as well. I am planning on releasing an open-source version of the game soon (with only the base systems inside it though), in case any of you are interested in it.
Also, if anyone has a King Calvus model, please give it to me I need it
thank you very much
Is there any way to make the notes stand out more? (Such as an semi transparent background) cause it’s extremely hard to keep track of notes with the BG flashes
Not currently, I am planning on being able to change the note color in-game, but it isn’t implemented yet. However, I have made them look more like marbles so uhh hope that helps lol
hear me out, the notes should be like representing builds.
so for every note key is a symbol or something that represents a stat:
Strength key: A (notes are fists)
Magic key: K (notes are lightning magic bolts?)
Weapons key: L (notes are like daggers or something)
Vitality key: S (notes are some sort of green spirit or something)
This way you could mix and match them to get more score points! It’s a pretty interesting concept, but it would probably require separating a ton of different beatmaps into individual parts, which isn’t super fun.
