Nah, you dont have to create spell for that. Every camera loccking stuff will work(holding weapons)
It happens cause when you open youe inv, camera locks slightly forward and right. And weapon’s/spell creating camera lock conflicts with inventory’s camera lock.

â—‹ is position where camera is accelereting but cant reach due to lock.
