yeah I don’t support either, but I do believe that all people are equal. I love the person, no matter who they are, just not always what they do.

My family is Christian, and if you don’t know, the Bible is not a huge supporter of homosexuality, and by extension, LGBTQ+. I will stand by that until I die, because that is how I believe.
But I also believe that a lot of Christians go about this in the stupidest way possible, and act like “oh gay people are an evil virus and you can’t go near them !!” That’s stupid. I also feel like this portrayal of Christianity is what a lot of people think of it as today.
The Bible says to love my neighbor as myself, and I will always do that no matter what. Thus, I will love a person, but I cannot support their actions. My bad if this comes off as rude or offending, but that’s just who I am. I know that I can’t change other people’s feelings about themselves and who they like, so I’d ask that you respect my way of thinking the same. I do enjoy questions tho

Fair enough, but then I don’t understand the “not supporting” pride part. The point of pride is simply to celebrate queer identity, and by extension, aim at eliminating discrimination against it.
I do not actively try to do any of that, nor would I advocate for it. I do believe in equality, though.
To support something is to actively work toward it to help its cause, which I do not do.
no matter how far that stretches from its original purpose, “I don’t support lgbtq” really makes it sound like you have something against it, which, if I understand correctly, is not the situatuon you’re in. You might want to review your formulation if you really want to convey that you do not associate
i’m not proud of myself for being born this way, it’s not my achievement and i don’t see it as a part of my identity but i am proud of humanity for starting to evolve past their primitive hate

i practice islam and in my religion it is highly prohibited to be gay or be in any gender. my point being if was born a man or woman you will be declare man or woman. i dont beleive in love going all directions a man loving man a girl loving girl. i dont beleive in that so yeah
