It is the summer solstice today, meaning it is now officially summer!!
The name midsummer is actually the name of the festival that is performed in Sweden on the summer solstice! I am not particularly knowledgeable about it since I’m not Swedish, but it’s an interesting topic!
Another name of it is Litha, but I don’t like the call it that since it’s part of wiccan culture.
If you don’t know Wicca is sorta like a separate branch of pagan-witchy stuff which was made up out of poorly translated stolen festivals and conditions from loads of different cultures, made by some really bad people in the 1950s.
