I saw it in the patch notes but haven’t found one yet, if anyone has one does it come from normal chests and what does it look like

my guess is that it looks like the cape but like half the size or only the top to look more like a mantle

Normal chests and I gotta say, it’s somewhat the rarest uncommon accessory that I could get because I’ve only gotten one out of the 7 days the update was released while grinding chests lmao
