Has anyone read Percy Jackson and the Olympians(and any other Rick Riordan books)

I’ve read PJO, Heroes of Olympus, Kane Chronicles, Magnus Chase and three of the Trials of Apollo series(I forgot about the 4th and 5th book so I need to catch up on them)
I wanted to ask because I read these and developed my love for mythical and it’s partly how I found wom
If any of you are fans of the series, Disney is making a live action series for PJO and Rick Riordan is the lead writer and we already have a large cast and they’ve already begun filming

yeah I stopped mid-way through the Heroes of Olympus series but I really enjoyed the PJO series when I was a kid, honestly my biggest and only source of info on greek mythology until high school lmao. I also read most of the Kane Chronicles series, though I wasn’t as invested into those tbh (not that they were bad)

but honestly even though live action adaptations tend to fall flat cough the movies cough, this one doesn’t seem too bad. especially since RR is really heavily involved. still not gonna get my hopes up tho

Percy Jackson is one of those book series that I’ve seen in school libraries multiple times but just haven’t read it yet.

I suggest that you finish the heroes of Olympus series, I really hope that the show doesn’t flop cause I’d really like to see all of the different effects on the screen from heroes of Olympus like Jason’s powers, Franks abilities etc

Ah well, the movie while well made did not adapt the book well in the slightest, and many fans and the boom writer himself have expressed their distaste in how poorly fox made the movies
I’d highly suggest reading the books to see what’s up

I read the first book a few years ago, and it was kind of good. Both movies were pretty solid.
